ADE's mission is to profitably develop and manufacture measurement and automation equipment and systems providing high quality solutions to worldwide customer needs through technical and market leadership in all ADE business areas.

Work

The measurement information derived from ADE's metrology and inspection systems enables wafer manufacturers to continuously control processes. ADE's employees have developed systems with the throughput, reliability and information delivery capabilities necessary to meet the demands of the increasingly complex semiconductor wafer manufacturing process.

Device manufacturers currently use ADE's metrology and inspection products to perform incoming quality control and various other measurement functions. Key opportunities for ADE lie in the device fabrication industry including, but not limited to, measurement and inspection equipment and systems for deposition and chemical mechanical planarization (CMP) process.
